My Oscar Weekend (in photos)

Oscar 2012. Red carpet event in cat's view...

Here are the nominees... (hold your breath!)

I can't believe it! Was it my name? I won?! I won the Oscar!!!

There's too much light in my eyes, that Oscar is rather shiny!

Now what?

I guess, I am back to my normal routine... It's better...

Take a moment to smell the roses...

Breathe and smile...

Until next time,

  1. Roses are my absolute favorite flower. Gorgeous.

  2. I'm a sucker for a feline. I take way too many cat photos. With a snowstorm headed our way, can I say how welcoming those roses are?

  5. Your kitty is SO adorable! I wish I had a cat!!

  6. Cats are so hilarious. Much like I suspect children could (well maybe.. ;) ) they add heaps of life to a household.

  7. Just keep them away from your edible plants you have spent effort growing! :)

  8. Wow, your cat is so cuteeeee and sweet!! She/he really deserves an Oscar:)

  9. What a stunning cat you have got! He/she is so elegant. Beautiful creature. Great pictures.

  10. Aww what a sweet post and I am in love with your kitty those eyes are unbelievable. I am waiting on rose buds now but so far nothing. LOve this time of the year. Have a fabulous week.

  11. Great post and your cat is gorgeous!!! He looks like a Russian Blue, right? I love cats---we have 2 long haired black ones. Thanks so much for coming to my blog as it led me to yours. I see lots of good things here and will enjoy following to see what's next.

  12. Dear friends! Thank you very much for all your comments: I read every single one. I am very touched about your kind words.
Although, I have to admit, this cute cat is The British Shorthair breed, and belongs to my dear friend Lisa. I love this cat so much that I see him more often than I see Lisa! Smile!
This cat is my photomodel, he poses, then he takes a nap, then he comes back and asks me to follow him: yes, he rubs my ankle with his head, circles around me, and then looks at me and goes. Then he stops to see if I follow him. Then he does his rub-circle-go dance again. He is a brilliant cat, so all comments goes to him. Thank you again for visiting me. I am glad you enjoyed this Monday's post.

Your warm comments put a smile on my heart.
